Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Quitaque will conduct a regular council meeting on Monday June 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Meeting will be held at 106 N 1^st Street.

AGENDA

1. Call to Order

2. PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments from the public to members of the city council concerning items on the City Council Agenda. People wanting to address the council should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time will be adhered to for those addressing their comments.

3. Discuss and consider the minutes of the Regular Meeting May 18, 2026.

4. Discuss and consider library report.

5. Discuss and consider ambulance report.

6. Discuss and consider fire department report.

7. Discuss and consider Culligan proposal for water treatment.

8. Discuss and consider adding zoning ordinances for registered sex offenders.

9. Discuss and consider adding ordinances for construction permits and recreational vehicles and parks.

10. Discuss and consider the City Administrator’s report.

11. Discuss and consider bills for the month.

12. Adjournment.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Title 5, Subtitle A, Chapter 551 Subchapter A Section 551.001 the council may go into executive session on a posted agenda item.
