Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Quitaque will conduct a public hearing/regular council meeting Thursday December 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Meeting will be held at 106 N 1st Street.

  1. Call to Order
  1. PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments from the public to members of the city council concerning items on the City Council Agenda. People wanting to address the council should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time will be adhered to for those addressing their comments.
  1. Discuss and consider the minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting November 17, 2025.
  1. Discuss and consider library report.
  1. Discuss and consider ambulance report.
  1. Discuss and consider fire department report.
  1. Discuss and consider accepting bids for the two ambulances.
  1. Discuss and consider Culligan proposal for water treatment.
  1. Discuss and consider water purchase agreement with Texas Parks and Wildlife.
  1. Update on EDR project.
  1. Discuss and consider the City Administrator’s report.
  1. Discuss and consider bills for the month.
  1. Adjournment.
