Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Quitaque will conduct a regular council meeting Monday January 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Meeting will be held at 106 N 1st Street.

- Call to Order
- PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments from the public to members of the city council concerning items on the City Council Agenda. People wanting to address the council should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time will be adhered to for those addressing their comments.
- Discuss and consider the minutes of the Regular Meeting December 11, 2025.
- Discuss and consider library report.
- Discuss and consider ambulance report.
- Discuss and consider fire department report.
- Presentation of section 3 goals and requirements as it relates to the City’s Texas Community Development Block Grant – Community Development Fund Project #CDV23-0451 for Water System Improvements to include information on employment opportunities of low and very low-income persons as well as residents residing in the community.
- Consideration of award to Gates Utilities, in the amount of $350,702.00 for the City of Quitaque’s TXCDBG Community Development Fund Project #CDV23-0451 – Water System Improvements.
- Discuss and consider Culligan proposal for water treatment.
- Discuss and consider water purchase agreement with Texas Parks and Wildlife.
- Update on EDR project.
- Discuss and consider the City Administrator’s report.
- Discuss and consider bills for the month.
- Adjournment.
