Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Quitaque will conduct a regular council meeting on Monday September 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Meeting will be held at 106 N 1st Street.

- PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments from the public to members of the city council concerning items on the City Council Agenda. People wanting to address the council should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time will be adhered to for those addressing their comments.
- Discuss and consider the minutes of the Regular Meeting August 10, 2026 and Public Hearing/Called Meeting August 24, 2026.
- Discuss and consider library report.
- Discuss and consider ambulance report.
- Discuss and consider fire department report.
- Discuss and consider Culligan proposal for water treatment.
- Discuss and consider adopting proposed FY 2026-2027 budget.
- Discuss and consider adopting Atmos West Texas 2026 RRM Settlement Ordinance number 091426.
- Discuss and consider applicants and employment of Maintenance Technician position.
- Discuss and consider appointment to fill position vacated by Council member Heidi Valdez.
- Discuss and consider Christmas Lighting on Main Street.
- Discuss and consider Group Seal Coat Program with Parkhill.
- Discuss items to present to Lancium and QTS for Quitaque improvements.
