Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Quitaque will conduct a public hearing/regular council meeting Monday October 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Meeting will be held at 106 N 1st Street.

- Call to Order
- PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments from the public to members of the city council concerning items on the City Council Agenda. People wanting to address the council should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time will be adhered to for those addressing their comments.
- Discuss and consider the minutes of the Rescheduled Regular Meeting September 15, 2025, and Called Meeting September 25, 2025.
- Discuss and consider library report.
- Discuss and consider ambulance report.
- Discuss and consider fire department report.
- Discuss and consider selling the two former rescue ambulances.
- Discuss and consider purchasing tires, more wildland and structure suits and respirators, and hand tools for the fire department.
- Discuss and consider purchase contract with Texas Parks and Wildlife.
- Discuss and consider backhoe repairs.
- Discuss and consider amending FY 24-25 budget line items : increasing items: 504 to $11,228.47; 509 to $4,255.88; 512 to $31,000; 513 to $1,900; 515 to $5,940.56; 526 to $1,700; 528 to $10,358.67; 529 to $50,000; 531 to $8,430.83; 533 to $1,260 537 to $34,005.77; 553 to $538.17 and 700 to $23,435.54.

- Discuss and consider bills for the month.
