Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Quitaque will conduct a regular council meeting on Monday July 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Meeting will be held at 106 N 1^st Street.

AGENDA

1. Call to Order

2. PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments from the public to members of the city council concerning items on the City Council Agenda. People wanting to address the council should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time will be adhered to for those addressing their comments.

3. Discuss and consider the minutes of the Regular Meeting June 8, 2026.

4. Discuss and consider library report.

5. Discuss and consider ambulance report.

6. Discuss and consider fire department report.

7. Discuss and consider Culligan proposal for water treatment.

8. Discuss and consider selling potable water by the truckload to Grant Wheeler for an R.V. park.

9. Discuss and consider the state of overgrown lots around the city and the measures to correct

the issues.

10. Discuss and consider repair or replacement of failed booster pump at the pump station.

11. Discuss and consider the City Administrator’s report.

12. Discuss and consider bills for the month.

13. Adjournment.
