Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Quitaque will conduct a regular council meeting Monday April 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Meeting will be held at 106 N 1^st Street.

AGENDA

1. Call to Order

2. PUBLIC COMMENT: Comments from the public to members of the city council concerning items on the City Council Agenda. People wanting to address the council should sign up prior to the meeting commencing. A five-minute time will be adhered to for those addressing their comments.

3. Discuss and consider the minutes of the Regular Meeting March 9, 2026.

4. Discuss and consider library report.

5. Discuss and consider ambulance report.

6. Discuss and consider fire department report.

7. Discuss and consider information presented by Farris Nation about how the A.I./Data centers are affecting rural ambulance services.

8. Discuss and consider Culligan proposal for water treatment.

9. Discuss and consider making the City of Quitaque a sanctuary city for the unborn.

10. Discuss and consider the City Administrator’s report.

11. Discuss and consider bills for the month.

12. Adjournment.
